My Story

I share my story in hopes that it inspires and equips others along this adoption journey. For some that may be feeling seen and validated, for others that might be a road map of how to love birth parents and adoptees in a deeper way. I’ve seen time and again how storytelling—hearing the experiences of others—gives us empathy and better understanding of perspectives. My hope is that these resources empower your story to love all sides well.

Our nonprofit exists to inspire birth moms to hold space for both of these truths through intention, connection, and playful healing. We host an annual, high quality, adventure retreat for birth moms to explore new places, create positive memories, and build friendships.
